Trademark Usage Policy
For the proper use of Wisdom Booth Publishing trademarks and logos:
USE THE CORRECT SYMBOL
When referring to Wisdom Booth Publishing trademarks and registered trademarks, always include the proper notation after the name and logo. (® for Registered Trademarks and ™ for Trademarks) Failure to do so dilutes our trademark protection. In text it is only necessary to annotate the first instance of the trademark in a given document or piece. After the first instance you may drop the ® or ™ after the word. When using logos, always include the ® or ™ in every instance. Logos may only be used under license from Wisdom Booth Publishing, LLC.
USE FULL, PROPER, TRADEMARKED BRAND NAMES
Always use the full, proper trademarked brand names in all communications. Never abbreviate a Wisdom Booth Publishing brand to create an acronym.
DO NOT ALTER WISDOM BOOTH PUBLISHING BRANDS OR LOGOS
When using a Wisdom Booth Publishing brand, never vary the spelling, add or delete hyphens, make one word two, or use a possessive form of the Wisdom Booth Publishing brand. When using a Wisdom Booth Publishing logo, never modify the design, add or delete any elements or words, change any colors or proportions.
THE WISDOM BOOTH PUBLISHING LOGO
The Wisdom Booth Publishing logo must be used as a stand-alone icon to connote origination of Wisdom Booth Publishing, without other logos and trademarks associated with it. Only Wisdom Booth products and services may be used in conjunction with the Wisdom Booth Publishing logo.
WISDOM BOOTH BRANDS & THIRD PARTY TRADEMARKS
Do not combine Wisdom Booth Publishing brands with third party trademarks. Third party names and logos cannot be used in conjunction with Wisdom Booth Publishing brands and logos in product names except to connote that Wisdom Booth™ material is included. Wisdom Booth Publishing brands and logos may not be used as part of the product name for any third party product.

When materials are co-branded, the prominence of the Wisdom Booth™ logo should be at least proportionate to its contribution to the partnership. Therefore, Wisdom Booth Publishing’s logo should be of equal size and prominence with an equal partner. If Wisdom Booth Publishing is the dominant partner, the Wisdom Booth™ logo should be larger than partner logos. If Wisdom Booth Publishing is one of several lesser partners in an initiative headed by a dominant partner, Wisdom Booth’s logo should be at least of equal prominence and size with the lesser partners, but smaller than the dominant partner. In partner promotions, the Wisdom Booth™ logos cannot be altered in any way.
Each name, term or mark that is a registered trademark must include the applicable mark and copyright statement when it is used. Example: “_____ is a trademark or a registered trademark of Wisdom Booth Publishing, LLC”
The blank space should be a list of all Wisdom Booth Publishing Marks and Wisdom Booth Publishing logos that appear in that particular piece. If all Wisdom Booth Publishing Marks and Wisdom Booth Publishing logos are registered trademarks, then the footnote should indicate as such. Footnotes should always be complete sentences, and ordinarily appear on the copyright page, on the last page of the material, or on packaging.
Special attention should be devoted to the correct use of Wisdom Booth Publishing brands and logos on product packaging. Any Wisdom Booth Publishing brand that is displayed on packaging should be attributed with the appropriate trademark symbol (refer to the Wisdom Booth™ Trademarks Chart) the first time it appears on each side of the package. Any Wisdom Booth™ logo that is displayed on packaging should be attributed with the appropriate trademark symbol each time it appears on the package. A copyright statement, which is most commonly combined with copyright and patent information, should reference each Wisdom Booth Publishing brand and logo that appears on the packaging. Ordinarily, this footnote appears on the back of the packaging.
POWER POINT & OTHER PRESENTATIONS
Wisdom Booth Publishing brands and logos, should always be attributed with the proper symbol and footnoted on all presentations that are displayed to the public (sales, trade shows etc). If a presentation is used internally, Wisdom Booth™ brands and logos should be attributed but need not be footnoted.
THIRD PARTY LICENSORS
Some Wisdom Booth Publishing products include technology used under license from third party licensors. You may not use any such third party trademark without express permission from the owner.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Wisdom Booth Publishing, LLC is the owner of all right, title, and interest in the Wisdom Booth Publishing brand and logos. No person or entity may reproduce or use (or authorize the reproduction or use of) the Wisdom Booth™ brands and logos in any manner other than expressly authorized by Wisdom Booth Publishing, LLC. Unauthorized use of Wisdom Booth Publishing brands and logos is strictly prohibited.
Wisdom Booth Publishing, LLC may, at its sole discretion, modify the Wisdom Booth™ brands and logos at any time. Please refer to the Wisdom Booth Publishing Trademarks Chart periodically to ensure your compliance. In order to assure compliance and quality of control, Wisdom Booth Publishing, LLC may request that you provide samples of any marketing, advertising, or other material that includes the Wisdom Booth™ brands and logos.
